Dream the Rest

A name-check and a blood-check.

I never thought the day would come, but I have birthed one of them blogs.

The occasion? My M.A. thesis in folklore, all 200+ pages of Cubamerican cigar/collage/Key West detective work, is finally complete. For those of you curious about what I’ve been up to for the past 24 moons, or wondering what exactly folklore is, this may or may not contain some answers. The tome is far from perfect — and presented here with and without image appendix, in 2 or 22 mb file options — but revision and publication beckon once my travelin’ bone has quit achin’. It’s academic writing, so I would like to transform it into something for a broader readership. But consider it available for your archives, or a future moment of boredom.

Enjoy.

(If you choose the lighter “without images” file, a simple Google image search for “Felipe Jesus Consalvos” should turn up some treasures for perusal.)
